How Rich People Get Rich?

It is said that 10% of the population share among them 90% of all wealth and the balance 90% of the population share the balance 10% of all wealth. This 10% of the population are said to be rich. How did they get rich?

Guess the easiest way to get rich is to inherit wealth. But sometimes, this inheritance is poorly managed and subsequently the heir squanders off his wealth.

Everyday many people become millionaires but more become bankrupts as well. The money lost by the bankrupt will make someone rich. Why does this happen? Perhaps the education system is partly to be blamed. So many subjects are being taught in school- Science, Mathematics, History and even the subject of sex. But why 'Money Management' is not taught in schools. Could there be somekind of sabotage or prejudice? If more people manage their finances properly, than less people will become bankrupt and subsequently the wealth will be more evenly shared.

In today's environment, even the savviest of financial advisers are known to screw up- then just think of the situation of the ordinary layman.

So- how do rich people get rich?

1- Rich people dont waste. I think the not so rich people are the ones who waste.

2- Rich people seldom buy on credit. The interest charges eat away their wealth.

3- For each expense, they will set up an income source. As such, their wealth is untouched.

4- The rich don't work for the money- they make the money work for them. Make smart investments.
5- Be creative. The best way to get rich is to teach others how to get rich. Any smart ideas?
6- Don't procastinate. Rich people don't delay, wait or put off when they see an opportunity.They grab it on the spot!
